Gender Equality Index

Index 2023: 84 points / 100

Ugitech continues to improve its index. It rose by 6 points between 2022 and 2023.

In 2024, the advent of the new metallurgy collective bargaining agreement on January 1 and its fundamental change in terms of the classification system - both in letter and in spirit - means that we will have to take this exogenous impact into account when monitoring the index, particularly as regards the promotion criterion. Our efforts will therefore focus on this criterion.

In addition, we will also be pursuing our actions on the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 highest earners, with a view to improving this indicator in the coming years, in order to obtain 5 points.

Finally, with regard to the other criteria - percentage of female employees receiving pay rises on return from maternity leave, pay gap and individual pay rise gap - our aim will be to maintain the good results achieved in fiscal 2023.
