Ugitech is continuing its actions to improve its index, particularly in terms of pay gaps and individual increases.
For the pay gap, our objective is to maintain this indicator at least at this level in 2023.
For individual increases, our objective is to obtain all the points on this indicator, i.e. 20 points in 2023. As for the number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid, we are continuing our actions to improve this indicator in the coming years in order to obtain 5 points.

Board of Directors = 7 men - 1 woman or 14%.
The Board of Directors also relies on the Cap 2025 workshop of 27 managers to develop and implement its strategy.
This workshop is composed of 19 men and 8 women, i.e. 30%.
